These introductory energy healing workshops are based on Barbara Brennan’s best-selling books and are designed for both experienced healers and seekers, as well as those new to the path of personal healing, growth and self-actualization.

Hands of Light® Workshop - introductory energy healing workshop based on Barbara Brennan’s best-selling first book. You will learn how to regulate your energy and experience healthier boundaries, explore how to create your life through the Four Dimensions of Humankind, awaken your inner healer and capacities to heal yourself and will have the opportunity to give and receive a powerful hands-on healing.

Light Emerging® Workshop - based on Barbara’s second book this workshop and focuses on your personal healing journey, how dis-ease and heath are created through the human energy consciousness system and how you can transform your health with a healing plan for each level of your field.

Core Light Healing® Workshop - based on Barbara’s third book this workshop will support you to create the life you long to live. We will explore how creativity manifests through the 4 dimensions; look at how blocks and family patterns impede the creative flow; we will connect to the spiritual world and explore how that influences your life and creative force and you will learn two healing techniques to support your creativity and longings.

Barbara Brennan was a world-renowned spiritual leader, healer and educator. A pioneer and innovator in the field of energy consciousness, the former NASA physicist dedicated her life to exploring the Human Energy Field and realms of human consciousness.
